Health cover is a type of insurance cover that pays a benefit upon the happening of a specified event that affects the insured’s health. Depending on the type of health cover chosen, the insured may be covered for events such as cancer, heart attacks or major organ transplants.
This is cover which will protect you if your cellphone, laptop, tablet or jewellery item has been lost, stolen or damaged.
Accident and Death cover is cover which pays benefits to your nominated beneficiary in the event of your accidental and / or natural death.
Lifestyle cover is designed to provide assistance with unforeseen expenses such as legal costs.
As an account holder with TFG (The Foschini Group), you have access to optional products that will provide you with a SMS containing details of purchases over R100 made on your TFG account.
If you have been given an extra month to pay your TFG store account due to the COVID19 lockdown, please note that TFG has paid your premium to the insurer of your product(s) on your behalf (if your premium is billed to your store account). This means that your cover under your product(s) for the month of May 2020 will not be affected if you didn't pay your instalment that was due on 1 May 2020! The premium/amount/payment for your product was still billed to your store account as per your product t's and c's.
